TRADE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: London, UK. Full-Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven salesperson to join our London trade sales team. The candidate will be responsible for securing profitable new accounts in the premium on-trade and independent off-trade whilst maintaining and developing a portfolio of existing accounts.

Genesis Wines has been established for over 15 years and represents a portfolio of outstanding producers from across the globe, many of whom we import exclusively into the UK. We believe in sourcing wines that offer exceptional value and are truly representative of their region. Sustainability, organic and biodynamic cultivation is also an important element in our selection process.

The Role
A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in a similar role is preferable, along with a thorough understanding of the premium wine market in London and an existing network of relevant contacts to approach and develop.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a committed enthusiasm for engaging and communicating with new and existing customers. They will be well organised and able to demonstrate a close attention to detail and sound IT skills.

Strong wine knowledge (WSET Diploma preferred) is essential as is an understanding of current market trends, product placement and a genuine passion for working with premium wine .

MARKETING AND SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Location: London, UK. Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive, organised and positive individual to manage marketing content and provide sales support across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, creative and motivated wine loving person to join our London based team.

The Role
The successful candidate will be flexible with strong communication & organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple marketing and administrative tasks with a key attention to detail. Working closely with our sales and purchasing team, a sound knowledge of wine is an advantage (WSET is preferred) as is experience in marketing, specifically email marketing, graphic design, websites, events and social media. This role is for a team player with strong IT skills and a committed enthusiasm for engaging and communicating with new and existing customers.
