Founded in 1795, Kuentz-Bas have 10 hectares under vine, which include some parcels in the grand cru vineyards of Eichberg and Pfersigberg. All of the vinification is as low-intervention as possible, as the aim is to properly express the terroir of the vineyards and to this end, the wines are then raised in either stainless steel tanks or century-old wooden casks. This meticulous attention results in a range of sustainable, authentic, food-friendly wines that beautifully express their varietals and terroir.
